Who are we?
With a love for feel-good food that gets you ready to smash the day, Joe Welstead and Charlie Matthews co-founded Motion Nutrition in 2016.
Joe is a former professional swimmer who spent years training over 25 hours per week - a stressful, gruelling regime that made restorative sleep difficult.
Working with leading Neuroscientists and Nutritionists, Charlie and Joe developed Motion Nutrition's range of award-winning products.
Today everything we do is designed to help you and your whole family sleep deeper, stress less and have more energy. So that with the smallest intervention possible, we can have the greatest positive impact in your life.

Meet Joselo and Charlotte, a Franco Peruvian family with a passion for promoting health, nutrition, and well-being. They believe in the intelligence of nature and the resilience of the human body, and are dedicated to regaining control of their own health while sharing their knowledge with others. Drawing from various techniques such as Tai Chi, traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, and medicinal plants, they seek to provide high-quality products that honor traditions, nature, and the environment. Their approach is transparent and heart-centered, and they are excited to be part of Motion Nutrition, making their wonderful products available in the European market.
